These Terms of Engagement (“Terms”) govern all translation, linguistic validation, and related language services provided by NovimedGroup (“Company”) to the Client under any quotation, proposal, statement of work, or agreement.
Acceptance of a quotation issued by NovimedGroup constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
NovimedGroup provides professional language services including, but not limited to:
Linguistic Validation (LV)
Cognitive Debriefing support
Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) validation
Medical and regulatory translation
Proofreading and Quality Assurance (QA)
Translation certification
The exact workflow applicable to each project is defined exclusively by the methodology described in the approved quotation.
