Valitracks software was able to successfully add and use the new video conference customized platform for cognitive debriefing interviews. Valitracks team was able to provide high-quality video or/and audio interviews over the platform. An interactive digital questionnaire with an interview screen was shared between the participants and the interviewer as well as a voice recording option. Full informed consent was documented and processed using the system as well as identity protection procedures.
